Blu-ray is the worst technology. First one Samsung, second one Toshiba. I would not buy this technology again no matter how great the picture. We contacted them about this an got a case number. Netflix stated that they routinely upgrade their security and this was probably the problem as most firmware is updated usually at least every 6 month.
